  4. Eligibility, Forms of Payment, and Credit Card Terms
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction to order any of our products or services. Clergy 211 takes the following forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, business or personal check. Internet payment options are provided. If you are paying by credit card you will be required to give us a valid credit card number (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or any other issuer then accepted by us) and associated payment information at the time you request products or services hereunder, including all of the following:
    • Your name as it appears on the card
    • The credit card type
    • The date of expiration of your credit card
    • Billing address
    • Any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your credit card.

Your credit card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated credit card, and you must refer to that agreement and not this Agreement to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. You agree that no additional notice or consent is required before Clergy 211 invoices the credit card for all amounts due and payable. By providing Clergy 211 with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that Clergy 211 is authorized to immediately invoice your account for all fees and charges due and payable to Clergy 211 as a result of your contracting services or purchasing of products directly from Clergy 211 or from a representative of Clergy 211. You agree to immediately notify Clergy 211 of any change in the credit card used for payment hereunder or in any associated information.

All personal check payments must be preapproved by a Clergy 211 office representative. The final payment must be received in full 2 (two) weeks prior to completion of services contracted or requested.  (Mail checks to P.O Box 26432, Wilmington, DE 19899.) For approved businesses, payments may be received up to 10 (ten) business days after contracted services have been completed. Any products ordered by said business, via the Clergy 211 website, must be paid at the time of order. Clergy 211 does not accept cash payments, although it reserves the right to change this policy in the future. Clergy 211 reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices and billing methods for any of its products and services sold, either immediately upon posting on the Service or by e-mail delivery to you.
  5. Fees and Charges
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your orders and purchases (including any taxes imposed on your orders and purchases, including, but not limited to, applicable shipping fees, sales, use or value-added taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Fees charged for goods and services may change at any time without advanced notice. Clergy 211 may automatically charge and withhold such fees and charges for orders to be delivered to addresses within any jurisdictions that it deems is required. When you order products for overseas delivery, shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package with the products arrives at the destination that you specified.  Any charges for customs clearance shall be borne by you, as Clergy 211 has no control over such charges and cannot foresee the amount charged (if any). You agree that you are the importer of record for goods and services you order and you shall comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  6. Disputes
You must notify us in writing within 7 (seven) days after receiving your credit card statement, if you dispute any of our charges on that statement or such dispute will be deemed waived. Such notification shall be sent to the following address: Clergy 211 Customer Service,  P.O Box 26432, Wilmington, DE 19899 or via email at care@clergy211.org.
