Wedding Checklist
(4 weeks before wedding)
Remember:

Meet with officiant to finalize ceremony details (ceremony readings, songs, etc.)
Have the first dress fitting
Schedule the final dress fitting
Schedule appointment with photographer for bridal portrait
Contact videographer and other wedding service providers to go over last-minute details
Contact guests who have not responded to invitation (RSVP)
Organize helpers (musicians, greeters, guest book attendant, escorts, readers, babysitters, etc.)
Make final payments for all services that require payment at this point
Confirm hotel arrangements for out-of-town guests
Mail rehearsal-dinner invitations
Research name change procedures & documentation
